Notre Dame basketball final four appearances
1960- The bulldogs clinched 3rd place in the Class M State Tournament by defeating Redemptorist High of Kansas City in a thrilling 76-71 overtime victory.
1967- Notre Dame took 3rd place beating Paris High School 69-46. Two Charter buses carried over 100 fans to the game in Lexington.
1977- Notre Dame took 3rd place beating Forsyth High School 70-68. "You may not have taken state, but to us you're first rate." (from 1977 yearbook)
1986- The Bulldogs were Springfield bound! They played exciting ball for the fans. they defeated Monroe City 89-76. Nixa was the final battle, and the Bulldogs were ready. The 1st place trophy was waiting to be taken. "Holy Cow Bulldogs, You did it!" Bulldogs defeated Nixa 74-66. 2A State Champs - the NOTRE DAME BULLDOGS
1987- Their 4th consecutive district title ended in a 27 point blow-out over Bernie. Last, but not least, was the trip to Springfield where the Bulldogs took their 2nd 2A state title.
2005- They finished 4th in State.
2008- Notre Dame took 1st place beating St. Charles West 48-36.
2015- Notre Dame took 3rd place beating Bolivar 65-44.
